Our focus is on London and boroughwide planning and action to feed ALL in need by campaigning for:
Universal free school meals for all primary and secondary children.
Establishing a network of community kitchens, including allowing us to use our school kitchens.
Open access to emergency food centres (food banks) by ending the referral system and means testing.
Strategic use of urban public land to ‘farm the city’.
National nutritional standards for all emergency food centres and free & affordable food hubs.
Nationally agreed working conditions for all food project workers, whether paid or unpaid (voluntary).
Standing with trade unions and marginalised groups fighting for real living incomes via wage packets or benefits.
